As a recruiter at our consultancy, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation. Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail are key to ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunity.
